Dog Walking

Each week we offer a number of walks to suit our clients and their dog’s needs.

We offer daily group walks which consist of a maximum of six dogs, available late morning or early afternoon.
 

We also have a smaller group walk available most days, with a maximum of three dogs.

We meet every dog prior to them starting to begin to build relationships. Each dog is slowly introduced and supported during the early stages whilst meeting unfamiliar dogs. Temperaments and personalities are matched to ensure all dogs feel safe and enjoy their experience whilst travelling and out on their walk. The walks take place in many different stimulating environments including my training fields which are exclusively used by me and my team.
 

Willow’s Walks consider Animal Welfare (https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/697953/pb13333-cop-dogs-091204.pdf ) incredibly important therefore all staff are educated on the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and rule 57 of ‘The Highway Code’ certifying to comply with the requirements.
 

During wet and muddy months, walks are slightly reduced to 45 minutes allowing extra time for dogs to be washed down and towel dried as best we can and left in a suitable place stipulated by the client.
